In China, almost everyone uses wechat/alipay for payment, we strongly recommend you to use wechat/alipay for payment. It should work after you link your credit card to wechat/alipay.

You can use DiDi(滴滴出行）to book a taxi without a Chinese phone number--- Didi accepts payment with Alipay or WeChat.

Using Gaode/Baidu map app for booking taxi would be very cheap. You have to link your chinese phone number to do so.

You can unlink all of them when you leave.

At the exit of the Shanghai Pudong airport, you can buy a data sim card with a Chinese phone number. There are some shops of sim card sellers.

There are direct international flights from Korea and Singapore to Hefei. There are international flights usually transferring at Shanghai/Beijing/Guangzhou/HongKong.

You can also book your flight to Shanghai/Nanjing, then take “Shanghai Suburban Railway Airport Link Line市域机场线”/“S1机场线” to “Shanghai Hongqiao上海虹桥”(around 50 mins)/“NanjingNan南京南”(around 30 mins), then take the very frequent fast trains from “Shanghai Hongqiao 上海虹桥”(around 2 hours)/“Nanjing Nan 南京南”(around 45 mins) to Hefei.

You can also go to some other train stations by taxi, public transport would be slow then.

Taxi takes around 45 mins and the price is around 60-200rmb. Public transport from airport to Hefei Nan station is Airport Bus Line 3. Then from Hefei Nan station to Wanda city take metro line 1 then walk for 6 mins. By public tranportation, it takes around 1 hours and 40 mins and the price is 28 rmb.

Public transport from Hefei station to Wanda city is metro line 1. Then walk for 6 mins. It takes around 50 mins and the price is 6 rmb. Taxi takes around 30 mins and the price is around 30-80 rmb.

Public transport from Hefei Nan station to WandaCheng Station by metro line 1 (out from Port D), then walk for 6 mins, takes around 30 mins and the price is 3 rmb. Taxi takes around 20 mins and the price is around 20-50 rmb.

If you take a taxi from the airport or a train station in Hefei to the hotel, you can tell the taxi driver your destination by showoing: 请带我到滨湖富茂大酒店门口下，在庐州大道1001号。The diver will drop you at the entrance of the hotel.
